PRIVACY / VERSION 2026-10-V1

Your project. Your information.

We use the information you share to understand your project, prepare a preliminary estimate, and communicate with you about that request.

What we collect

Your name, email, optional company and country, project goals, selected modules, integration requirements, constraints, and consent timestamp. Please avoid sharing passwords, private credentials, or sensitive personal data in free-text fields.

How we use it

To record and review your request, calculate indicative effort using versioned rules, generate a scope PDF, and send project-related email. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Access and service providers

Authorized IVAANTA Tech administrators can review your submission. Our hosting/database provider processes stored information, and Resend processes transactional emails when configured. PDF links use random tokens and expire after seven days by default. Anyone you share a link with can access that estimate while the link is valid.

Retention and deletion

Closed requests are eligible for deletion after 365 days from their last update. A reviewed retention job deletes eligible leads, their estimates, documents, and delivery records. Backup expiry follows the deployed backup schedule. Active requests are reviewed for continued relevance.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by replying to the project email and quoting your reference. If email delivery is unavailable, contact the IVAANTA Tech representative who provided this website. Requests are verified before disclosure or deletion.

Cookies and analytics

Secure session and CSRF cookies are used for administrator sign-in. Optional GA4 analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”; analytics is excluded from admin and estimate pages. You may withdraw consent using “Cookie settings.” Public project data is not stored as a browser draft.
